Insurance CSR Remote After 5 Weeks Onsite

Description: National General is an insurance servicing company.

Contractors will be taking 80-100 inbound calls/day from current insurance policy customers.

Customers are calling in because they have received a letter in the mail or some type of communication that their insurance policy needs to be renewed, etc.

and they were given this number to call.

There will be no outbound calls
– this is all incoming customer service calls helping customers renew, cancel or make changes to their current policy.

Pay: $16/hr (bilingual $16.50)
– if converted to full time employee they will get an increase in pay Start Date: 8/15/2022 Location: 827 W Grove Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210 (Will be in office for 5 weeks of training then will work 100% remote) Training Schedule: M-F 7AM-3:30PM Post Training Schedule: Must be open to work a shift between the hours of M-F 4:30AM-6PM Duration: 90 day Contract to Hire Skills: insurance, restaurant, retail, waitress, barista, bilingual, “customer service”, “inbound call”, call center, Customer care, Customer service oriented, Customer service, Inbound call Top Skills Details: insurance, restaurant, retail, waitress, barista, bilingual, “customer service”, “inbound call” Additional Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications: Customer Service Experience, with an emphasis on Experience
– Need to be able to provide a positive experience to all customers They have seen success with candidates from retail stores like: Starbucks, Target, Chick fil a and Call Centers and other companies with an emphasis on providing a great Customer Experience.

This is an entry level position so they are open to experience as long as the candidate is open to learning.

They will train them on everything they need to know in order to be successful in the role.

Someone with a fast food, retail, restaurant, front desk, call center experience would be a great fit here (Think customer facing and customer focused) Try and stay away from candidates that come from warehouse, security guard, caregiving experience have not seen a lot of success here so stick to targeting customer facing/customer focused role.

Must be able to provide proof of GED or High School Diploma Skills: Empathetic, Ability to engage in conversation Reliability really digging into past attendance/punctuality Willingness to learn Ability to multi-task and Sense of urgency Computer knowledge/Typing skills (Must be able to pass comp literacy test 75% or higher) Communication skills (verbal and written) Bilingual (Spanish) preferred not required (If bilingual must pass test given by Nat Gen during interview) Candidates who have advanced in prior roles or have indicated a desire to advance within a company long term.
