A sound fundamental understanding and ability to navigate a litigation defense focused practice is required.nn nn*You should have exceptional legal research & writing skills, law & motion practice, propounding and responding to discovery, making court appearances, and preparing for trial.nn nn*An active California bar license is required.nn nn*Prior experience working for a busy, well-respected, national/regional law firm highly preferred.nn nn*At least 4+ years of relevant litigation and coverage experience required, in addition to the ability to manage a busy caseload.nn nn*Solid academic credentials required; emphasis for this hire is on experience in practice.
