– driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Construction Inspector IV will be responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.

Performs field inspections and/or audit duties and maintains inspection records.

Ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed.

Responsibilities include:Relies on extensive experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Responsible for setting own project deadlines.Provides on the job training to new employees.Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.Tracks quality assurance progress.Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or EngineeringAdditional Information:This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.The selected candidate will be subjected to a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Registration Screening (MVR).What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
