Job Description SUMMARY: We are looking for solution-oriented individuals who are task-driven, focused, and handy to help us serve our tenants and maintain our extensive and growing portfolio of apartments, homes & condos.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Inspections Coordinator by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Inspections Runner, you will be on the front lines, directly improving the tenant experience by coming to the rescue, diagnosing urgent issues, and helping support the Inspections and Vacancy team.

Have an astute attention to detail when given directions and instructions Carefully follow all instructions provided relating to tenant and employee health and safety Being a self-starter that takes initiative and has a can do attitude Staying on top of inspections assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches Use Asana for task assignments California Drivers License (Required) Access to a reliable car with the ability to cover a wide territory on a daily basis Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Responsible for Posting Notices to Enter and/or other notices Responsible for helping the Maintenance Department perform property and unit inspections Responsible for helping the Vacancy Department perform unit inspections Responsible for meeting City Inspectors when needed by the Maintenance Supervisor Responsible for maintaining unit keys filed in their corresponding key books Pick up property signs, PPE, and other items as needed by the Maintenance Department.
Must be able to lift over 30 lbs Responsible for multiple visits to the post office on a daily basis Provide additional support as needed to other office Departments Complete other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor or upper management Appfolio knowledge and past experience assisting with rental Inspections is a huge plus SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
