Information Technology Help Desk Intern/ Assistant (Entry-level IT, full-time)

IT Coordinator will support the operational management of the COPE Health Scholar programs and general IT everyday tasks. The successful candidate will be assisting in key operational work for all software platforms as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Director of IT.This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours/week.This position is currently remote due to Covid-19, but the ideal candidate will be able to commute to our NYC office in the near future. Candidates that are able to commute to our Downtown LA office will also be considered.Position Description:* Monitor incoming Help Desk tickets (resolve or route to appropriate SMEs)* Provide support to the online Health Scholar program applications* Assist the Program Managers with the scholars’ online accounts and records* Reconcile and maintain the alumni online database* Work closely with all Health Scholar program managers to ensure the Health Scholar service line has accurate and automated monthly reporting* Carry out other duties, tasks and projects as assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Director of IT* Exposure in Microsoft Active Directory and on-premise Exchange Servers* Provide support with Salesforce* Support with New Hire onboarding for technical platforms (e.g. Outlook, Salesforce, terminal server, etc.)Qualifications:* Must be able to commit 40 hours per week* Enrolled in or graduated from a college or university* Enrolled in or graduated from the Health Scholar Program (preferred)* Up to 1 year of experience (preferred)* Strong customer drive and dedication to quality and success* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills* Detail-oriented and able to work well independently or on a team* Able to work collaboratively and effectively with timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment* Strong analytical thinking skills and a dedicated work ethic are required* High level of proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)What We Do:COPE Health Solutions is a national mission-driven consulting firm that partners with health systems and payor clients.
