Job Description Recognizing the importance of the human element in Information Security the Behavior Change team within our Information Security group was established to provide our employees with continual security learning.

The Information Security Change Management Specialist is part of our internal IS corporate function.
They are responsible for leading key aspects of our annual training and awareness program, including day-to-day oversight of our advocate network and information security learning activities.
Lead will set direction and define components of the program strategy for FY23, along with driving communications of the strategy and implementation.
This person should be detail oriented and have excellent project management skills.
They should also be comfortable meeting with and presenting to all levels of leadership.
Responsibilities will include creative content development, communications, stakeholder management, and progress measurement.
Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 2 Years in Change Management Bachelors Degree Preferred Qualifications: Culture Transformation Knowledge Management Strategy & Design Learning Strategy Operational Excellence Research Analysis and Interpretation Professional Skills: Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
