We have an opening for an Industry lead on our Enterprise Client Solutions Team, Industry Lead who will be responsible for driving strategy and client service expectations within their specific vertical across the country and globally.
They will partner closely with the Sales Industry lead and Vertical Manager and serve as the advocate for their category both internally and externally.
They will manage a team of CSM’s, and CSP’s and be expected to work closely with our product team to find digital media solutions for the vertical/industry they represent.
The Client Solutions Industry Lead will have a deep knowledge of online media combined with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Success in this position requires a focus on project/relationship management, education, measurement and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok’s unique and proven ability to drive client KPIs.
Responsibilities
– Become an expert for your vertical / industry and be able to clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients
– Collect and disseminate best practices and strategies across the Industry to vertical teams, both locally and globally
– Work closely with the sales team to win, maintain and grow strong client relationships with our largest advertisers
– Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive client business
– Coach Client Solutions Team on consultative, data driven campaign analysis and selling at scale
– Collaborate with leadership to establish a cohesive strategy for Sales and Client Solutions
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikToks features and ad units and consult clients on TikTok product offerings and demonstrate expertise of product capabilities, measurement, attribution, and KPIs
– Establish processes to collect advertiser feedback to inform our product strategy
– Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, identify, and implement effective and scaleable process for our growing Client Solutions team
– Work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot client issues
– Identify needs and help to build scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions team
– Manage and develop a team of Client Solutions Team Leaders to deliver results against set goals
– Ensure a standard of excellence and flawless campaign execution across all teams within your Vertical / Industry
Qualifications
– At least 8+ years of experience in Client Solutions/client services roles in digital marketing –
– biddable network experience a plus
– At least 5+ years of management experience of a team of 5 or more
– experience managing managers a plus
– Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges
– Experience working in digital auction marketplaces with and understanding of how to execute effectively within them
– Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
– Previous experience in a vertical at a brand or agency
– Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional
– Excellent collaboration skills
– Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
– Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
– Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
– Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
– Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
– Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft media strategy
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Keynote knowledge a plus.
– Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT)
– High attention to detail and very organized
– Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
– Comfortable with extensive travel across the country
