Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtual.

This position will be part of the Global Account Processing Network(GAPN) Organization within the Global Billing Network (GBN) Reengineering team.

The GBN team focuses on digitization, innovation, analytics, demand management, automation, and business process transformation to enable CMs to derive the value of our digital capabilities, solutions, and experiences while reducing paper communication.

The candidate will be responsible for the following: Support project managers in end-to-end project delivery and coordination efforts Facilitate and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions Provide complex analytical support to project-based work Turn data into valuable actionable insights and opportunities Conduct basic quantitative analysis, and produce cost-benefit documents Support team in creating proposals to gain buy-in based on analysis Have a passion for structured and ad-hoc analytics, innovation, process design, and digital capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Compliance Language Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, MIS, BIS, or related field 3 years of industry experience Experience working with process improvement and/or business process design Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving skills, and attention to detail Comfort with financial analysis and working with both business and technology groups Good communication skills to clarify expectations and drive alignment Ability to collaborate with teams across the organization with a sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines and deliverables High attention to detail and thoroughness with strong organizational skill Positive attitude, team player, customer mindset, comfortable with change, deal with ambiguity, and a sense of humor needed Proficiency with SQLHive, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations Experience manipulating and extracting insights from large and complex datasets Experience with a variety of data analysis techniques (e.g.

clustering, factor analysis, logistic regression, data/text mining, decision trees, etc.) Qualifications The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
