Join our team!Overall duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist in developing and implementing community based/inhouse consumer programming in accordance with clients needs, preferences, deserires as per their IPP. Document daily progress of client according to the established plan of care. Able to teach independent living skills such as cooking proper nutrition, laundry, cleaning(housekeeping)socialization, job hunting, resume writing and interviewinglearning bus routesobtaining a driver’s license/ID cardAbility to safely address behavior concerns using proper techniqueEffective written and verbal communicationReport any problems to the program manager immediately such as violation of any kind including any abuse allegations. Train the clients on the characteristics of sexual exploitation. Provide gang and drug prevention and intervention Requirement Highschool dipolma/GED1 year experience working with similar population Valid Driver’s license Ability to read and understand treatment program/IPPAble to work well under pressure
