Your responsibilities
– Provide support to attorney through all phases
– Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload
– Research and analysis of complex legal documents
– Data base management of all relevant documents
Job Requirements:
– Strong problem-solving skills
– General familiarity with trial notebooks
– Proficiency in Complex Commercial Litigation
– Commercial Litigation experience required
– Foundational knowledge in defense litigation
– Well-founded grasp of Trial Exhibits
– Proven knowledge of trial preparation
– Practical knowledge of back office support
– Litigation Support experience
– Civil litigation experience desired
– Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
– Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
– Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
– 1+ years of relevant experience
– Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
