Growing legal department seeks Corporate Paralegal to join the General Counsel’s office. The Corporate Paralegal will handle contract administration, entity formation, entity maintenance, and general corporate matters on behalf of the organization. The Corporate Paralegal will be interactiving with C-level executives and must demonstrate discretion.
This position is temporarily remote during COVID-19, but only local candidates will be considered because it will return onsite.

Job Requirements:
– Proficiency in corporate maintenance
– Entity Formation experience
– Knowledge of contract administration
– Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration
– Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
– Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
– Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
