To strengthen our Immunology Micro-Ecosystem, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Immunology Ecosystem Partnership Lead
– SoCal
As an Immunology Ecosystem Partnership Lead (EP), you will deliver and differentiate the Immunology total value proposition to C-Suite Executive Population Stakeholders, and Regional Payer and IDN formulary stakeholders co developing advocacy and influence that delivers on the patient Value Strategy in collaboration with immunology micro-ecosystem partners.

The EP will assist in achieving patient access to UCB products, jointly coordinated with their Regional Account Executives (RAE) and multi-disciplinary immunology partners, through strong differentiation of our value proposition and by connecting immunology micro-ecosystem stakeholders to Regional Payer & IDN immunology stakeholders.

EP has shared responsibility with Squad partners for co-developing payer strategies to be integrated and coordinated with multi-disciplinary members of the local micro-ecosystem.

The EP is responsible for co-developing and implementing strategies, in coordination with RAE and Squad partners, leveraging iPVU resource expertise
– to develop productive relationships with key micro-ecosystem Executive Population Health Stakeholders and key Regional Payer & IDN immunology formulary stakeholders
– establishing broad, deep, and coordinated network relationships that achieve affordable product access and maximizes value creation for patients.

You will contribute by:
Modeling and leading strong squad and Immunology Patient Value Team collaboration and teamwork that contributes to achievement of shared objectives.

In coordination with the RAE partners, co-develop, define, and execute local strategic imperatives focused on maximizing UCB iPVU Product access, affordability, and pull-through within the immunology micro-ecosystems.

Keen understanding of immunology business including customers, brand marketing implementation strategies, business models, health economics, medical and pharmacy reimbursement, population health, and value-based care delivery models.

Delivering and differentiating high impact immunology value proposition to C-Suite Executive Population Stakeholders, Large Group Practice, Health System, and key immunology influencers in all micro-ecosystems.

Developing and leading partnering relationships with immunology executive stakeholders (C-Suite) to influence patient access to UCB iPVU products with local and regional payers/IDNs across all immunology micro-ecosystems
– via co-developed strategic plans shared and coordinated with squad partners.

Maintaining responsibility for creating and leading connectivity of iPVU micro-ecosystem executive stakeholders and key immunology influencers to their regional payer/IDN contemporaries, who have influence over immunology formulary and or medical policy decisions
– via co-developed and coordinated strategic plans shared by squad partners.

Delivering the differentiated immunology value proposition to key immunology formulary influencers, developing advocates to optimize patient access, within local and regional payers/IDNs across all immunology micro-ecosystems in coordination with RAE partners.

Deep understanding of Regional Payer/IDN business model, functional infrastructure, and internal network connectivity, as well as key decision makers, immunology formulary influencers, and stakeholders.

Maintaining responsibility for expanding broader and deeper relationships across diverse Immunology Clinical, Population Health, Utilization Management, Quality Teams, and Value-based care functions etc.

– applied to multi-disciplinary formulary advocates internal to regional payers/IDNs strategically coordinated with RAE partners.

Operating at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.

For this position youll need the following education, experience and skills:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required 5-8 years of immunology and market access experience; sales leadership, marketing, or field medical experience preferred 3+ years in key account management Demonstrated experience and documented success leading multidisciplinary and/or matrixed teams

Preferred Requirements:
Market expertise in US Immunology, Regional Payer/IDN, and Healthcare delivery systems preferred.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, developing, and influencing teams.

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.

Masters degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required
