This paralegal will handle a variety of business and family immigration cases.
This firm is unique in that it handles a small number of complex cases (rather than a high volume of cookie cutter cases).
This is NOT a mill firm where paralegals burn out or feel underappreciated.
This firm will invest in this immigration paralegal and give them autonomy with their cases.

The ideal immigration paralegal will have strong writing skills and attention to detail.
The firm is willing to train on specific visas, but the ideal paralegal will have exposure to some of these cases: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, AOS, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, K visas, etc.
This firm is very tech savvy and structured.
