Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target markets, more specifically on chatbots, including ChatGPT and chatbot development worldwide
- Identify trends, provide insights on the latest developments in the industry, and recommend strategies for improvement
- Develop reports, white papers, and other strategic research materials related to the industry
- Monitor industry trends and advancements related to chatbots
- Attend conferences and other events related to chatbots and present findings to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field
- At least one or two years of experience as a consultant or researcher in the related industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
