The fastest growing womens supplement brand of 2023 is seeking a Head of Retention who has the ability to develop and implement retention strategies that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retention specialists, analyzing customer data, and creating retention programs that keep customers engaged and loyal to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies that reduce customer churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead a team of retention specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Create retention programs and campaigns that engage customers, increase brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to develop and execute retention initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on retention KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvement and optimization of retention strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in retention marketing, customer success, or a related field.
  • D2C/B2B/CPG omnichannel marketing experience required.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of retention specialists.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with retention tools and platforms, such as customer engagement software, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
