Scope of Work
Facile is looking for an organized and driven Content Creator to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our Providers and handle day-to-day social media upkeep at both boutiques (Los Angeles + Pasadena).. We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our social media accounts and bring more organization to our day-to-day posts.
This is a part time, contractor position with the potential for some after-hours or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the facile voice and branding guidelines throughout all campaigns
- Photograph, design graphics and create content
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, new platforms, and best practices
- Available to start ASAP
Qualifications
- 2-3 years paid social media management experience, and clear understanding of best practices; retail and beauty industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in slack, social analytics, graphic design, editing, and photography skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Extreme attention to detail and hands-on when it comes to writing/proofing content
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty and online content marketing
- Love for the beauty industry!
Pay: $18/hr – $25/hr
