Job Summary

The Getty Digital Imaging Department, part of the J.

Paul Getty Trust is currently accepting applications for an Imaging Workflow Coordinator.

The role, reporting to the Assistant Director and Head of Getty Digital Imaging, assists the Imaging Management team and their respective Imaging Studios.

The Imaging Workflow Coordinator will coordinate and maintain production schedules and work in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure imaging projects and requests are properly documented, scheduled, and tracked from initiation to delivery.

Major Job Responsibilities
Alerts Imaging Manager of delays, impending deadlines, and issues that may affect workflow.
Handles internal record-keeping.
Maintains department inventory list.
Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinates department facilities maintenance requests through the helpdesk.
aggregates production information from studios and prepares analytical reports, presentations and related documents.
Participates in planning and preparation for studio meetings and tours.
Partially maintains department staff site pages and documentation.
Assists cross-functional teams as needed.
Orders department supplies and equipment.
Performs any other duties reasonably related to the functions described above.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3-4 years related experience
Requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Three or more years of related experience in an office or production environment, ideally in a Museum, Gallery Archives, library, or other Cultural Heritage Institution.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Excels at time management.
Strong judgement, proactive coordinator, with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work productively and in partnership across teams, with all levels of management and staff.
Adept at learning new software.
Familiarity with Project Management concepts and practice.
Familiarity with Project Management software a plus.
Knowledge of art history is a plus.
general familiarity with digital imaging hardware, software and workflows.
Comfortable with both Mac and PC platforms.

Targeted Hiring Range
$22.35
– $27.38 Hourly
