HVAC Project Executive

Responsibilities:

Oversight of one or multiple large HVAC construction projects from preconstruction, engineering, estimating, project management, and closeout

Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal staff, including QC, Safety, Superintendents, Purchasing, Estimating, Project Managers, and the leadership team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the building owners, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives.

Help to identify value engineering strategies.

Review and approve schedules, labor reports, and change orders
Requirements:

15 or more years working on the projects team of a medium or large commercial mechanical construction company
-
Three or more years as a Senior Project Manager and Project Executive

The mechanical project scope of 10 to 50 million
-
Local and stable work-history
Preferred:
-
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
-
Prior commercial hands-on plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal experience.

Hospital, Arena, Airport, and School project experience
-
Advanced Title 24, ASHRAE, and OSHPD knowledge
