Sr.HRIS Analyst-Remote
HRIS – Sr Analyst – 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F
Basic Purpose
This role will be part of the HR team that supports key HR technologies, including Oracle HCM Cloud and Cornerstone on Demand. The role will perform design-configurations, testing, release management/enhancement management, and data support. This position will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Oracle Cloud HCM system. The incumbent will work with the Director of Human Capital Management Systems and key HR and business leadership stakeholders to maximize value of HR technology to the business.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) expert and system consultant
  • Provide system consulting to business process SMEs/Owners (i.e. Absence Management, Compensations, Core HCM, Reporting and Benefits)
  • Provide Tier 3 (system SME) technical support
  • Own Manager/Employee Self Service (MSS/ESS) setup and maintenance
  • Support core configuration across HCM modules (e.g. benefits, absence, compensation, etc.)
  • Assist with evaluating and prioritize HR technology priorities
  • Work with the IT function to develop and support system integrations.
  • Produce analytics and reports for HRIT team, as well as consult clients on reporting
  • Support large system implementations and system updates including project management, design and testing for Oracle Cloud patches, new releases, etc.
  • Provide training-continuous learning to level 1 support group
  • Participate in data governance process
  • Drive digital adoption through extensive change management practices (such as internal marketing/communications, stakeholder group management, etc.)
  • Support the research and evaluation of new and/or alternative solutions and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education Preferred: BA/BS Computer Science, Engineering or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
Work Experience

  • 6 – 8 years HR technology system administration
  • Experience with Oracle HCM system administration and/or other Cloud applications
  • 2+ years Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM system administration experience

Other
Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Strong HR process knowledge in multiple specialties (i.e. Benefits, Core HR, Absence, Compensation)
  • Experience in database management, business analytics or development
  • Ability to create/modify moderate to complex Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise (OBIE) reporting
  • Familiarity with developing and updating fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud platform.
