A luxury e-commerce retail company that was rated “one the best places to work” is looking to add a full-cycle TA Specialist with some HR duties to lead their recruiting initiatives. This position is looking for someone that can coach and educate line managers on market trends, full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced environment, and managing a healthy candidate pipeline. This position does offer flexibility for a stellar candidate, but in the office at least 4 days a week.
Qualified candidates must have:
- At least 3 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- E-commerce or retail industry experience preferred
- MUST be Bilingual Spanish
- Experience with ATS systems, onboarding docs, and new hire orientation
- Exceptional communication skills – providing guidance to line managers in the technical department
- Collaborating and working WITH line managers on open reqs
- Personable, adaptable and self-managed
