An e-commerce retail company that was rated “one the best places to work” is looking to add a full-cycle TA Specialist with some HR duties to their growing Talent Acquisition team.
This position is looking for someone that can coach and educate line managers on market trends, full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced environment, and managing a healthy candidate pipeline.
This position does offer flexibility for a stellar candidate, but in the office at least 4 days a week.
Qualified candidates must have: At least 3 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter E-commerce or retail industry experience preferred MUST be Bilingual Spanish Experience with ATS systems, onboarding docs, and new hire orientation Exceptional communication skills
