A well-known start-up in the South Bay area is looking for an HR People Operations Specialist to join their growing company.
This position is remote for right now but will be in the office full-time in a few months.

Qualified candidates MUST have
BS/BA Degree At least four-plus experience in HR operations Understanding processing employee lifecycle events, job changes, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and employee personal and contact information.
Heavy data entry and accuracy Manage and maintain personnel data in all systems Understanding and knowledge of all state/federal employment laws Point of contact for employee questions in regard to payroll, benefits, pay changes, and compensation Understanding of payroll, benefits, and employee relations Organized, self-starter, and can work with little or no direction if this sounds like you, please send your resume ASAP.
