An education company focused on the entertainment industry is looking for an HR Generalist to assist with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and HR compliance. This is a hybrid position, so being in the office part-time is required. Looking for a strong HR Generalist that has been in a stand-alone position.
Qualified candidates must have:
– Degree
– At least four years of generalist experience
– Manage all employee relations, open enrollment, benefits, compensation, and policy and procedures
– HEAVY employee relations
– Be able to assist the HR Director with any HR-related issues
– Organized, be able to meet deadlines, and demonstrate leadership skills
