HR Generalist in Tampa, Florida Tampa, Florida Contract/Temporary LHH is working with a client in Tampa that is searching for an HR Generalist to join their team.
This position will be fully onsite M-F 9:00AM-5:30PM and will be a year-long contract, so must be okay with a strictly contract role.
This role will pay $20-22/hr.
depending on experience.
Responsibilities: Assist HR Manager with administrative tasks Ensure company is in compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations Manage documentation for trainings, educational, and onboarding programs Assist with terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.
as needed Handle employee relations questions and issues and assist employees with various tasks Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field HR Generalist experience required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritze Must be able to come onsite daily and must be open to a strictly contract role.
