Vaco Los Angeles is seeking a HR Generalist to join an exciting and growing team! The HR Generalist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the entire HR department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and work with payroll processing team to ensure accuracy
- Provide support in all areas of HR including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, employee relations, leave, reporting, etc.
- Address HR-related questions and concerns
- Assist with benefits administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HRIS
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist
- 1+ years of payroll experience
- Experience using HRIS is a must (ADP strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of California and general labor laws and regulations
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field
