HR Generalist

An exciting healthcare startup is looking for an HR Generalist to support staffing needs at COVID testing locations throughout LA.

This is a temporary assignment that is expected to last through the end of the year and possibly be extended.

You should be comfortable working onsite and traveling daily between different testing sites within Los Angeles.

You would work a full day at one location but would be expected to visit each location on a regular basis.

We are looking for someone who has 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or Staffing is self-directed; knows what needs to be done and why with minimal direction is a team player with an “I can help there”/”I can take that” attitude can succed in an environment with some ambiguityIdeal profiles will be candidates with MSP staffing experience, working with managers to determine staffing needs and coordinating with agency partners HR/Recruiting experience, especially for retail environments with fast-paced needsResponsibilities Support Project Director to determine staffing and HR needs at multiple locations across LA Coordinate with agency staffing partners to ensure coverage at all locations Provide feedback to agency partners regarding employee performance and staffing needsThe essential functions of this role include:working weekendsSkillsSchedulingProblem SolvingEmployee RelationsRecruiting/Resource ManagementEducationBachelorsQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM
