– 6:30pm(br((br(The Role(br((br(The HR generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Sr.

Staff and Sr.

HR Business Partner.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefit administration, employee relations, policy implementation, recruitment, LOA’s, worker’s compensation and employment law compliance.(br((br(Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To(br((br(Drive full-cycle recruitment process to include:(br(Create and update all job postings/ advertisements.(br(Screening resumes/applications.(br(Interviewing and applicant skill testing.(br(Completing pre-employment testing as applicable -( Drug & Alcohol testing, background & reference checks.(br(Schedule and coordinate New Hire Orientations with department supervisors and candidates.(br(Conduct Benefit Orientations:(br(Counsels employees on benefit plan options.(br(Assists employees on online enrollment process.(br(Subject matter expert for HRIS programs to include but not limited to: icims, LinkedIn, GlassDoor, ADP, 98point6, MyUHC.com, Delta Dental(br(Process leaves of absences from LOA’s to FMLA to Worker’s Comp.

etc.(br(Assist in conducting confidential, legal and professional investigations of employee and/or manager complaints(br(Counsel Management teams on HR best practices, employee relations, compliance and legal updates.(br(Answers routine inquiries from inside and outside the company on recruitment status, benefits claims processing, and other HR questions in line with written company policy on these matters.(br(Maintain accurate updated OSHA, Accident Log.(br(Verifies and process unemployment insurance claims and appeals within deadline, and refers appeals to appropriate manager.(br(Processing workers compensation claims, reports, & assist in appeal process.(br(Participate in special projects necessary for the department and or company.(br(Responsible to keep a current phone log including times, names, phone number & nature of call.(br(Other duties as assigned.(br((br(Charlie’s Produce Total Compensation Package includes(br((br(Competitive starting pay.(br(We recognize and reward hard work and commitment.
