HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will support the entire HR organization across a wide range of areas such as Onboarding, Employee Support, HR Compliance and Special Projects.

The HR Coordinator will focus on supporting the overall HR function by managing employee data, assisting employees, preparing reporting analytics, supporting employee experience initiatives and maintaining the company culture and engagement platforms.

The HR Coordinator will be an integral part of the People organization and will work cross functionally within the team.ResponsibilitiesManages all pre-employment activities including; new hire paperwork, and new hire notifications, connecting with hiring managers and partnering with IT Admin owner of HR platforms such as Pingboard, Confluence, Kazoo, BOX, Enboarder, HR Service Desk (JIRA) & KnoeticTrack offers in progress, new hire start dates, employee transfers Manage all HR administrative duties including completing relevant forms to hire employees, maintaining employee records, supporting the implementation of HR projects/initiativesSupport HR team with reporting & analytics Develops slide decks and newsletters for HR Team meetings and when needed by HR LeadershipConducts a variety of personnel file audits and I-9 auditsSupport Personnel Action Notices and employee change letters regarding salary, promotion, status, title, manager and transfersSupport with providing HR information for Client Audit RequestsPrepares and maintains digital employee human resource files, records and information including personnel files, performance, worker’s compensation files, new hire orientation presentation, etc.Ensures the organization is compliant with all federal and state employment lawsEnters and maintains HR purchase ordersWork in tandem with Learning & Development to own Tuition Reimbursement programProcess invoices for training, social events, HR tools, legal fees, etcPartner with facilities as needed for culture events Other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or Organizational Development or equal experienceMinimum of 1 years experience supporting a dynamic, fast paced tech or ad-industry organization.Possess excellent organization and administrative skills with exposure to and knowledge of a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, learning & development, rewards, employee relations and HR administration.Proven experience with handling confidential situations and documentationAbility to take direction well, and demonstrates a high level of ownership.Fundamental knowledge of federal and CA state employment laws (multi-state & global is a plus)Must possess a high level of business acumen and emotional intelligence Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent relationship building skills, and the ability to navigate effectively though challenging workplace scenarios.Excellent computer skills (Google Suite MS Office)Self-motivated, confident, and driven to succeed.Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.LI-MG1About Amobee The world’s leading independent advertising platform, Amobee unifies all advertising channels-including TV, programmatic and social-across all formats and devices.
