HR Coordinator

A highly established organization has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator.

You will provide support to the entire HR department.

You will be organizing and maintaining all employee records and files.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional, personable, and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities:
•Complete Form I-9 for new hires, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files current
•Assist bi-weekly and monthly payroll by following our company policies and procedures
•Assist Payroll Team Leader for payroll / HR related tasks
•Search for candidates on job websites and schedule interviews with potential candidates
•Prepare employee handbooks and assist with the preparation for new employee orientation Qualifications: AA preferred or relevant experience.

Highly personable and friendly with excellent written and verbal communication skills, Customer service oriented attitude, Team-player, Meticulous attention to detail, Superb organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience with an HRIS system.
