Adecco is now hiring for HR Coordinators with a local client in Denver, CO.
HR Coordinators perform essential duties with pay starting at $22.83/hour, plus available overtime.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative support functions to include: Conducting outbound calls for COVID-19 related employee situations Gathering and compiling large amounts of information/data Performing tasks utilizing published detailed instructions Entering and publishing data into various trackers Maintaining effective internal communications with key stakeholders via email and phone Familiar with and comfort using web-based interfaces Creating documentation on processes and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience required
– preferably in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or similar field Ability to manage numerous differing and often conflicting objectives, projects, or activities at one time Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, email, and web browsers Ability to work overtime according to seasonal demand What’s in this for you?
