Drive organizational design and change management
Develop people strategies that and enable the successful execution of business strategies
Coordinate the planning and execution of the human capital plan including co-management of headcount targets
Ensure the business has the capability and capacity.
Coordinate and influence the Talent Assessment process to ensure the business has the requisite bench strength including alignment of skills, competencies, and leadership dimensions.
Consult on leadership team effectiveness
Architect and execute Talent Management strategies & programs inclusive of leadership development and executive coaching
Partner with clients to drive an equitable compensation process
Act as a change agent as the business continues to scale with the goal of providing mission-driven customer and employee experience
Leverage business acumen, financial data, and market trends to inform the people strategy
Partner with and between Center of Excellence HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the organization
Partner with leaders to build high performing teams and provide executive coaching

Your Knowledge and Experience
Minimum Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field required, Master’s degree a plus
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a strategic Human Resources function role with 7 years driving strategic initiatives
Minimum of 5 years and proven ability enabling transformational change
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop insights presented to HR and business clients.
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build trusting professional networks
Strong evidence of Project Management Skills
Evidence of strong communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate issues to differing audiences, tailoring messaging as appropriate
