HR Assistant

Work closely with training manager to schedule and execute all necessary training programs

Work closely with outside staffing companies and recruiters

Evaluate information from applications, resumes and screening results

Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, email sorting

Conduct preliminary phone interviews

Job Requirements:

  • Staffing experience is an advantage for an applicant
  • The ability to work independently without supervision
  • Knowledge of employment laws is a plus
  • Social, computer and phone etiquette skills
  • Positive attitude at work, good communication skills and professional demeanor
