– Hostess: Ideal candidate qualifications (but not required) include prior fine dining hostess experience. Knowledge of OpenTable. Prior receptionist or equivalent experience handling phone calls and scheduling. Starting Pay $17-$18/hr. + tips (averages $24-$28/hr w/ tips included). Health Insurance package available to full time employees.
Required qualifications include a customer service focused outlook, and ability to genuinely interact with employees and guests face to face. Ability to professionally answer phone calls and able to manage reservation system on an iPad. Reliable and dependable scheduling a must. Weekends and night availability needed.
