Job Summary:
The host role is to act as the first impression to our diners. We’re searching for someone who is warm, welcoming, and very guest oriented.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 1 year upscale host experience
• Previous Yelp reservation system experience a plus
• Must have excellent knowledge of fine dining room and service procedures and functions
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding guest services skills
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal & written)
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
•Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
•Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
•Ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
