The positions we are hiring for include:
- In-House PR and Marketing
This job will be outreach to major media outlets, music businesses, producers and other music industry and business platforms.
You will be focusing on getting placements on major websites, handling our daily business collaboration offers, and getting interviews on podcasts and other media for our CEO.
- Customer Service
This entails keeping customers informed and happy on a daily basis, answering any questions about products that a customer might have through email, reaching out to customers even after they have purchased to tell them thank you, and running our live sales page chat to answer customer questions.
- Paid Intern
Most internships aren’t paid, but at our company, we actually pay you to learn and be on our team.
This job is really for anyone who has the right attitude and fits into our culture here. You have to have a passion for hip hop for this position.
If you don’t possess much work experience or knowledge but want to be able to learn business and the music industry, this position is for you.
Job Purpose:
Assist the team across all departments with anything they need.
Primary responsibilities include:
Running Errands and any other task needed
Keeping the office space immaculate
Calling Customers + Answering the phone
Assisting Customer Service Reps
Collecting and organizing data across numerous sectors
