Job Details

The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded understanding of all aspects of business immigration law including, but not limited to H-1B, L-1, E-2, e-5 and other employer-sponsored petitions and applications, and experience working with a clients in a variety of industries in obtaining and maintaining U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant status for employees and in designing and advising on immigration compliance systems.
