Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Level I Technician for one of our clients in Playa Vista, CA. This Help Desk Technician will be responsible for assisting on-site and remote resources for Mac/Windows devices. This Help Desk Technician will also be responsible for setting up workstations, troubleshooting printer issues, supporting G-Suite applications and must be comfortable supporting up to 300 end users. Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a 90% Mac, 10% Windows environment
- Basic knowledge of MAC OS, iOS, and Android
- Comfortable troubleshooting monitors, printers, on-boarding users, break fixes, & cable management
- Familiar with G-suite applications
- Will be supporting applications: OCTA- G-suite, slack, blue jeans, google and ring central
- Will be utilizing ticketing services: Jira & confluence
- Looking for someone who is passionate for customer service , building relationships, and has strong communication skills
- Confident being onsite working alongside a Systems Engineer counterpart
- Experience with supporting 250-300 end users
