LHH Recruitment solutions is looking for a Level 3 Help Desk Engineer for a 90 day contract position in Los Angeles, CA. Position Accountabilities: Provides support in installation as well as problem diagnosis and correction of hardware, software, in multi-platform and multi-operating system environment.Able to perform hardware imaging.Performs multi-operating system administrative functions, including maintenance of user configurations. Not limited to user accounts creation editing and permissions.Support Computer Technicians. Mentor, motivate and train the Support Staff I Technicians when needed.Track Tickets and work flow to insure requests are being handled efficiently.Able to create reports to show management areas of improvement and provide recommendations.Provide e-user training on Applications and equipment used at the company. Including but not limited to Video Conferencing and Smart Boards.Perform other duties as assigned or requested.Flexible scheduling may be required to cover evening and weekends.Is able to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.Level 3 engineer willing to support the help deskPC/ Mac based hardware and software, Active sync, SharePoint, Citrix, Remote access technologies; Wireless/PDA technologies, Mitel phones other applications as applicable. Requirements:CCNA R/S (CCNP R/S preferred) OR MCSA (MCSE preferred) OR VCPMinimum of 4 years work experience administering complex networks in either the capacity of a Network Administrator, System Engineer (or similar position).Experience supporting technical environments of 500 or more users.Prior working experience supporting academic technical environments preferred.Proficiency in the following networking infrastructure: TCP/IP, OSI, SSL, VPN, routing (OSPF, EIGRP) and switching protocols.Hands on experience configuring Cisco Systems and or HP switches/routers.Experience with Aruba or other enterprise wireless technologies.
