Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

Robert Half Technology is in URGENT need of a Help Desk Analyst I for a prestigious technology company in Playa Vista, CA. This will be a 4 month contract-to-HIRE opportunity and they are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY. The Help Desk Analyst I will be responsible for:

•        2+ years of experience in a 90% Mac, 10% Windows environment

•        Basic knowledge of MAC OS, iOS, and Android

•        Comfortable troubleshooting monitors, printers, on-boarding users, break fixes, & cable management

•        Familiar with G-suite

o   Applications are through OCTA- G-suite, slack, blue jeans, google, ring central

•        Ticketing service experience: Jira & confluence

•        Passionate for customer service , building relationships, and has strong communication

•        Confident being onsite as the sole IT person with the SR counterpart

•        Experience with supporting 250-270 users
