Robert Half Technology is in URGENT need of a Help Desk Analyst I for a prestigious entertainment company in West LA. This will be a 6 month contract and they are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for working in an enterprise IT support environments utilizing the latest tools and methodologies. This includes but not limited to tools and methodologies such as Bomgar, Chef, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes. Also the ability to self-manage time, priorities, and daily work load with little supervision. Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration.

Job Requirements:
TOP MUST HAVES:
• Enterprise/ and or entertainment experience
• 2+ years’ experience in IT Help Desk (100% remote support via phone, email, etc.)
• Knowledge of both MAC/ PC Environment
• Excellent communication, customer service and executive support
• Excellent documentation skills
• Familiar with ticketing service: ServiceNow
