Hire Resolve is on the lookout for a Heavy Civil Estimator in Los Angeles, California!Responsibilities Include:• Provide estimates with a focus on site development industry sectors (grading, domestic water, fire water, storm drain, sanitary sewer, & electrical conduit.• Attend pre-bid meetings and perform site work evaluations.• Identify labor, material and time requirements required to perform work.• Quantify takeoffs and complete estimate preparation for wet utilities, dry utilities, and earthwork development.• Subcontractor, supplier and client interactions.• Preparation of Request for Quotations and analysis of subcontract and material proposals.• Multi-task and handle tight deadlines.• Estimate entire projects or be part of a estimating team depending on size and scope of project.• Use CM/GC delivery process – develop GMPs and proposals.• Other duties may be required and assignedQualifications:• Degree in Construction Engineering Management, Civil Engineering or other related engineering degree;• AND a Minimum 5 years heavy civil construction experience; OR the combined equivalency of both education and experience.Call the Hire Resolve team today on 602-833-8596 or drop us an email- and our engineering team will be glad to assist.or email us: engineering.jobs(at)hireresolve.com
