Head of User Acquisition

We're now looking for an experienced and tenacious Head of User Acquisition to drive our hyper-growth global.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with full-stack experience across the full UA / performance cycle.

You'll take a hands-on approach to creative, iterating on campaign ideas and visuals, while building and maintaining the foundational analytics function necessary to optimize those efforts.

What will you be doing?

Defining audiences, iterating on creative – including visuals, copy, tone, etc.

– and A/B testing campaigns against reporting;
Running your campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously, making channel-specific adjustments where necessary;
Building a robust and performant analytics function capable of precisely defining attribution, etc.;
Driving down CPI, with an especial focus on ROAS;
Generating downloads as expeditiously (and efficiently) as possible.

What skills are we looking for?

Demonstrable experience with, and expertise in, multi-channel paid user acquisition;
A verifiable track record of success driving installs for a mobile app;
Strong knowledge of audience generation, segmentation, data analysis, paid social, search, and programmatic;
Experience as the sole steward of a significant ad spend budget;
Clear creative skill, including both copy and visual design / direction;
Understanding of the nuances and differences between various paid channels and the optimal techniques for utilizing each.

What skills will come in handy?

Experience driving downloads for a mobile game;
Technical degree in a relevant field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, etc.);
Exceptional presentation and narrative compression skills;
Comfortable working in a high-growth and fast-paced company;
Strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable plan.
