nn n Job Description n nn Summary: nn nnOversee all Supply Chain activities within Los Angeles Facility including scheduling, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and materials management.

Serves as Site Head of Van Nuys Warehouse reporting into Site Head of Los Angeles.

Responsible for site wide and product specific reports on inventory management, capacity availability, raw material availability, purchase prices for direct, indirect and CAPEX.

Identify key areas of risk and opportunity to product supply and production capability.

Provide support for launch of new products as well as enhancements to existing product lines.

Ensure that all materials management and supply chain activities are aligned between the facility and the Plasma Operating Unit (OpU) and Global Supply Chain function.nn nn Essential Duties and Responsibilities: nn nn Responsible for safety leadership and culture for warehousing operations to comply with applicable regulations; specifically, Power Industrialized Trucks (PIT) program ownership and safety metrics; support progress towards sustainability goals nn nn Responsible for cGMP regulatory compliance of plasma disposition, warehouse and distribution operations to all global requirements; participate in key quality, regulatory and manufacturing meetings or mechanisms and support internal audits and regulatory inspections nn nn Responsible for Operational Excellence (OE) activities to drive efficiencies in operations through visual management, standard work and 5S; responsible to drive OE culture and standards throughout operations nn nn Responsible for developing a culture of innovation to drive new digital solutions in management of warehousing operations and supply chain nn nn Manage the financial budget for the warehouse, planning, purchasing and supply chain functions nn nn Review all department metrics for consistency and continuous improvement; Identify areas of opportunity in improved cost management, inventory reduction, and operational efficiency; accountable for overall site inventory, inventory targets and supporting meeting site P&L nn nn Participate in annual strategic planning and budget processes; participate in the development and execution of critical site operating mechanisms, strategy and decision-making processes; provide strategic direction on all materials management, purchasing and supply chain activities nn nn Responsible for Long Range Capacity Planning (LRCP) process and updates to OpU nn nn Analyze impact of key strategic CAPEX projects on sales/inventory objectives nn nn Serve as Supply Chain representative with Plasma OpU and Global Supply Chain; work with downstream Supply Chain Heads at other sites to ensure End-to-End Supply Chain Management nn nn Participate as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) nn nn Responsible to be on-site at the Van Nuys Warehouse 60-80% and split remaining time at the Los Angeles Site nn nn Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports and ~50 indirect reports nn nn Qualifications: nn nn Must have a proven track record of progressively increased responsibility in all aspects of inventory and supply chain management nn nn Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once nn nn Proficiency in Advanced Planning, ERP and Financial Planning systems nn nn Incumbent must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to Interact well with all levels of staff, Including senior management nn nn Proficiency in a variety of software such as MS Poweroint, Excel, Word, Visio, Teams etc.
