Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Product.
In this role, you will be working remotely and alongside some of Silicon Valley’s most experienced leaders in hardware, software, creative, design and production.
As an early member of our growing team, you’ll have a broad mandate to shape the overall product roadmap for our connected hardware Studio products, web platform, and mobile apps.
Responsibilities:
Lead all product-related initiatives Own the product roadmap, and regularly prioritize based on scope, impact and business need Develop detailed documentation of product requirements and communicate those requirements to the appropriate teams Ensure timely cross-functional execution across Hardware, Software, Systems, Design, UI/UX and Data Science teams Develop data-driven insights about FORME Life Member engagement and drive towards features that have a meaningful impact on growth and engagement Ensure a healthy cadence of feature releases Manage feature beta releases to gather feedback and assess quality Hire, mentor and manage a team of product managers
Experience:
10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with both software and hardware products Comfort operating at all levels of the organization
– you are just as comfortable presenting product strategy to the CEO as you are working through bugs with engineering Proven track record of translating business needs into application and operational requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment Experience with and passion for the fitness and wellness space
