Description

Here is why the role is exciting!

  • Opportunity to own the product roadmap, defining and refining it to maximize the opportunity in the market.
  • You will own the product function and oversee a technical team, define what success looks like and provide an effective strategy to scale the business.
  • Work closely with the CEO and investors, keeping them updated and informed on product milestones and achievements.
  • You will work hands-on with users, understanding their pain points intimately and create actionable strategies to decrease friction.

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for someone who has a strong technical acumen that has a successful track record building product teams in a fast-paced environment and understands how to bridge the gap between business needs and technology. Strong cross-functional experience is a must!

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading product vision and strategy, ideally within the FinTech space
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to effectively manage engineering teams and resources, both local and remote
  • Mission-driven mindset and an empathetic approach to product leadership
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to be hands-on with user research
  • Passionate and driven by the process of making amazing products that change people’s lives for the better
