You will lead the People Operations team at Company health.

You’ll play an essential role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Company Health stakeholder community through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practice.
Core Responsibilities nn Strategic business advisor to executive/senior business leaders to align talent management practices, workforce effectiveness, and/or organizational effectiveness strategies in support of the business strategy.
Monitor spending against the departmental budget.
Drive organization and talent review, planning and actions that build the capabilities required to achieve business strategy.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines using predictive analytics to drive volume needed to achieve company growth goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain diversity and inclusion programs and policies and oversee implementation in recruiting and HR practices.
Manage the People Operations team and build out a world class team of recruiters, talent managers, and diversity and inclusion specialists.
Build talent bench strength and effective succession planning by consulting on selection, onboarding, engagement, development, movement/rotation, performance assessment, pay and rewards/recognition in support of business strategy execution.
Build professional development pathways across teams.
Oversight for all training, peer review, and knowledge management systems.
Establish and monitor organizational and talent metrics aligned with business strategy.
Develop targeted leadership development/coaching programs that align behavior with leadership expectations and drive business outcomes.
Drive internal HR Business Management practices.
Provide insight on enterprise talent strategy, including assessment of executive talent gaps and movement.
Establish HR practices within and across all Company Health departments.
Provide input and materials for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors talent reviews.
Leverage best practices, external HR, and industry trends.
Partner with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Consulting and Shared Services in the development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation of broad-based HR initiatives, including team-wide coaching.
Represent the Business Advisory organization in identification and implementation of enterprise initiatives and processes.
Manage a skilled and highly motivated staff of HR Partners to consistently achieve business goals (company, business, segment and regional).
nn Background Experience nn 10 years strategic human resources consulting experience with demonstrated expertise influencing the business strategy and shaping the HR strategic direction.
Experience in coaching and influencing senior executives.
Organizational design/development and change management experience.
Experience using HR Standards of Practice and experience in multiple HR functions.
Deep subject matter expertise in recruitment vendors and job placement marketplace platforms.
Demonstrated success in building compensation strategies.
Talent retention/development experience.
Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree is preferred.
JDs with a background in HR law are encouraged to apply.
