Job TitleHead of IPM, GOS West RegionJob Description SummaryThe GOS IPM West Region Leader is responsible for developing, communicating and executing the strategic direction of Cushman & Wakefield s GOS IPM Service Line in the West Region. This position will focus on Transaction Management, Portfolio Strategy, Financial Analysis and Consulting. The GOS IPM West Region Leader will be a trusted advisor and partner with our Transaction Managers and Brokers to define and solution IPM delivery models for Fortune 500 clients. The IPM Region Leader sets the strategy for the GOS West Region IPM Platform, establishes the goals, and partners with Account Directors to deliver outstanding results within their areas of responsibility. Leader will be the subject matter expert for client account leaders across the GOS West Region.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting Enterprise Solutions teams and RFP responses; attend RFP presentations as needed Support ES teams by determining correct delivery model, pricing, and identifications of resources to staff accounts Co-develop standard and custom marketing and RFP collateral with IPM Enterprise Sales Leads Support Enterprise Solutions teams during contract renewals and transformations Spearhead and champion IPM initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency to service professionals and clients: o Develop standard benchmarking, tools, and processes across GOS accountso Engage with Marketing and Research to prepare and publish internal and client facing trend reports.o Success of this role will include strong internal stakeholder and external client performance ratings Participate in the development of the delivery model, contracts and risk management structure Collaborate with industry groups and companies to identify new means, methods, materials and other industry innovations to promote to our clients and teams Financial responsibilities include:o Partner with Finance team to develop and maintain GOS East Region IPM P&L management, profitability and overall financial performance for the region and by account; monitor and track revenue trendso Ensure quantitative and qualitative analytics and evidenced-based decision makingo Support account budgeting process Spearhead and direct the ongoing support and transformation of existing and new GOS accounts, including:o Prioritize and implement business health check reviews to identify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilitieso Provide contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverableso Develop an ongoing IPM training program to promote and train account teams on best practices, new technologies, industry trends, etc. Actively manage and develop IPM account talent within the GOS East Region, in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion, performance reviews, succession planning, etc.KEY COMPETENCIES 1. Business Acumen IMPORTANT EDUCATION Bachelor s degree required Master s degree or MBA preferred IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years at management level or other similar capacity; preferred 15+ years Demonstrated leadership and management skills Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior management Demonstrated experience and expertise in large matrix organizations building effective relationship across and throughout verticals Experience in the management of IPM services Experience in directly solutioning and selling IPM both as a stand-alone service, and as part of an integrated real estate solution Possess extensive understanding of real estate outsourcing models In-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Possess technical domain knowledge of IPM Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Expected travel: 25-50% WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers. May be required to travel outside between client sites in varying weather conditions.
