This team works to provide scaled outreach to our existing customers with informative, strategic guidance and to deliver digital experiences along the customer journey. Responsible for engagement with customers across the entire DX suite of products, such as Adobe Commerce, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, and more, we work closely with leaders from across the organization to guide the team in its mission to synthesize and share knowledge that will help our customers succeed. This may be the right role for you!What You’ll DoLeading on best practices in content journeys and customer experiencesGuiding content strategists to grow their craft and achieve new heights with compelling materialsMentoring our digital engagement operations team to improve their efficacy and adopt new methods for outreachExploring new communications mediums in order to reach and engage audiencesDeveloping and executing long term customer engagement strategyAnalyzing data to identify new ways to approach our audience or understand our effectivenessUtilizing tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Panorama, and the Adobe suite of products to improve the efficiency of the teamAuditing content and establishing a plan to leverage whats working (and evolve what isnt)Collaborating with internal teams around the world to ensure crisp execution on integrated plans that involve PR, Social Media, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success ManagersTaking responsibility for crises that require communications to our customers and field teamsWhat You Need to Succeed7-10 years of experience in Communications, PR, Marketing, and/or Scaled EngagementA track record of success in leading and growing talented teamsExperience in leading large scale content efforts, both in content development and deliveryExceptional writing and communication skillsCreative and willing to try new approachesAbility to create coalitions and internal agreement on your visionAn evangelist for data-first strategy and tacticsCool when things go wrong and adept at crisis managementWilling to set, own, and deliver on audacious goalsKnowledgeable in commonly used platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo Engage, Gainsight, etc.Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.Colorado Starting Salary: $125,900 – $163,500At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
