Head of Card Operations

About The Role

This position is a new role at C2FO and that will be integral in launching and maintaining C2FO’s B2B card program.

This is the first card program C2FO is bringing to market so development and implementation of all operational processes will be at the hands of the Head of Card Operations.

C2FO is looking for someone with considerable experience building the operational team and processes of a card program and then managing the team and operations of a card program.

You will be able to leverage many internal operations teams across C2FO’s existing platform and operations but will also need to have an entrepreneurial mindset to build new operational processes specifically focused on the card program.

What does the Head of Card Operations do?

The Head of Card Operations will be solely responsible for implementing and maintaining all operational items related to C2FO’s card program.

You are someone who can identify gaps with our existing core operational functions and where the company needs to add resources or work with external partners to assist with card operations.

You thrive in a team environment, take ownership of projects to ensure speed and quality of execution and operational performance is reported and analyzed for continuous learning and program refinement.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Design, build and manage the entire operational aspects of and team working on C2FO’s card program including coordinating with executive management and compliance, including working around tech products being purpose-built to ensure smooth operations (some of this is in process, but open to change) Provide oversight of operational aspects maintained by processor or other third party vendors Create, document, and maintain processes related to cash reconciliation, collection, and settlement Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create and document policies, procedures and integrations around KYB, KYC, AML and other regulatory issues Operational maintenance defined by key metrics (penetration, activation, and utilization) Assist in development and management of product roadmaps, derive/apply analytical insights to drive program optimization and experience Maintain knowledge of credit/prepaid card regulatory compliance and reporting with state and federal laws and the issuer bank’ s policies and procedures Evaluate and administer C2FO’s fraud prevention program Continually evaluate service quality by setting, maintaining and monitoring specific benchmarks to measure efficiency, accuracy and leverage of current technologies Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to help develop and improve UX/UI for cardholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred 8+ years working in comparable operations roles with increasing responsibility at program manager on Visa or Mastercard platform Experience in B2B space preferred
Job Related Experience
Current or previously held position as Operations Manager for a card program Demonstrated highly organized project management skills Fintech experience preferred Impeccable written communication skills PowerPoint and Microsoft Office fluency
