Head of Affiliate Partnerships

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Affiliate Partnerships to join our Business Development team and take on the task of developing and implementing our global partner program strategy. You will focus on designing this strategy while building and managing a team to execute that strategy.
You will collaborate closely with partners inside and outside of the organization, including executive management and top-tier partners. On a daily basis, your tasks will include prospecting, negotiating and closing new affiliate partnership opportunities, establishing and managing KPI reporting and, together with your team, managing existing affiliate relationships for retention and optimization..

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement our global partner program strategy
  • Apply a strong framework to identifying new commercial opportunities and partnerships
  • Help to retain and expand on existing partner relationships
  • Report on overall business line performance and create reliable forecasts
  • Continuously develop strategies to increase revenue from existing affiliate partners by partnering with the Customer Success, Publisher Network and Advertising department.
  • Work with the Product department to identify new features to aid and unlock revenue in your business line.
  • Oversee and communicate go-to-market plans, optimization, implementation, and new launches.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience working with commercial negotiations in a senior position with experience in each of the three areas of: paid user acquisition, affiliate operations, partnership development
  • Experience at a Music or Entertainment company managing a user acquisition program, team and strategy, including CAC and LTV analysis as well as multi-channel acquisition strategies with 3rd parties, specifically through affiliate programs
  • The ability to create global strategies and implement repeatable executions
  • Comfortable with working towards a set of commercial KPIs and reporting on these metrics to executive management regularly.
  • Strong communicator and you are comfortable with interactions across the hierarchy spectrum both internally and externally
  • You work with data as the basis for your decision-making and can convey complex information and insights in easily digestible ways
  • You approach work with an entrepreneurial mindset, you can bootstrap with the tools you have but you continuously refine strategies to grow the business line and its practices.
